We'll meet at Placa D'Espanya train station and take the train to the small town of Monistrol de Monserrat, where the hike will begin. The train will take approximately 50 min.
From here we'll begin an amazing climb, with breathtaking views until we reach the historic Benedictine Monastery Santa Maria de Montserrat.
We'll have time to look around the Monastery on our way back down, so from here we'll continue our hike to San Jeroni at 1236m the highest point. The hike should take around 5-7 hours, depending on fitness levels and can be adjusted if needed.
Once we've had lunch at the top, we'll walk back down to the Monastery and you'll have time for a well earned drink or a stroll around. You'll then have the option to continue the walk back down to the bottom or take the funicular train.
