Spanish Cooking Experience in Barcelona

My husband and I had a great night preparing tapas, cooking paella and making sangria - and of course eating and drinking it all! The evening started off with a trip to the market, which was fun. The chef was excellent. We picked up a lot of tips for our own paella. We had a class of about 12, which I think was a good size. Would definitely recommend.

We did the Spanish Cooking Class a couple of nights ago in Barcelona. It was a great all round Spanish food experience. Starting with the introduction to the large Barcelona Markets - learning about the meat, locals, seafood, spices and taste testing ingredients and of course buying some essential ingredients for our Paella. We then walked to the cooking/dining location - nice walk through central Barcelona. Lovely little authentic restaurant set up where we prepared tapa like starters and then the Paella. We also were served Sangria and told how to make it. He answered all our questions, shared his experience and got to know the group while the coking process took place. We then all enjoyed the amazing food. Would definitely recommend this for an evening in Barcelona!
