Why locals love it
One of Belfast's numerous Victorian landmarks. This was newly reopened in 2018 after a £3.8 million renovation to restore it to its old glory.
Belfast was thriving in Victorian times and this left an immense architectural footprint on the city. Worth a visit and it's free.
Why you should visit it
Built in 1889 travellers should visit here to experience it's wide range of rare flowers and trees. Its stunning waterfall is its centrepiece feature.
A lot of money has been spent restoring this and it's free of charge so a great stop whilst visiting the rest of Botanic Gardens.
