Drinking and eating
Why locals love it
Ain't no santeria! Despite of what the name suggests, the only rituals in this bar are drinking, eating and having a blast. And if in there happens some sort of religious cult, that's not important. What matters is that this peculiar place is where up-to-date customers have nice cocktails, nibble on inventive appetizers and meet trendy people.
Why you should visit it
The menu is summed up in six appetizers, four sandwiches and three desserts. The drinks carte is starred by refreshing cocktails. A shop window displays a collection of cachaças kept in large jugs and infused with fruits like fig, pear and starfruit. If this tipically brazilian elixir is your thing, order a shot! Beer and wine are also served.
The Green Island is my favorite: dive into a cocktail made out of vodka, melon liqueur, lemon, pineapple and sugar.
