Why locals love it
Hulen means “the cave” in Norwegian, and this is one of the longest running places on the Bergen nightlife scene. Open sicne 1969, this student-run bar and concert venue offers great live music, cheap drinks, and dark/moist atmosphere.
Why you should visit it
For great concerts by up-and-coming, as well as established norwegian artists, cheap drinks, and just for the cave atmosphere itself. Worth the 10 minute walk from the center, if anything - just have a look inside.
