Being tired of Chinese or Indian, Hamy is the place to go for certainly not original Vietnamese street food, but whatever it may be, it's damn tasty. There's two daily specials plus a selection of Pho and a small range of lassis and fruit shakes. The plates boast heaps of fresh herbs and veggies and all meals can be served vegetarian on request.
Why you should visit it
if you are on a budget and in dire need of vitamins and spices, try Hamy. Same goes for a day that is packed with action and you do not want to spend hours with waiting for food and/or the bill. If Asian cuisine is mostly Chinese to you, you definitely have to visit Hamy!
Special tip
Hamy is not a place to linger, but a place to fill your stomach and leave. Take-away and going to the Hasenheide right across might be an advise.
