Why locals love it
The Humboldthain is one of the few places we can drag our sleighs to in the winter and have some downhill fun. In the summer however it offers other pleasures: A rosegarden, a vineyard, a climbing wall (only for pros!) and fabulous views of the sunset.
Why you should visit it
Apart from being a lovely park, the Humboldthain features a flak tower that not only grants amazing views over the northern part of the city, but which you can also visit via berliner-unterwelten.de (10€ entry fee)
There is also an open air swimming pool located at the Western end of the park.
