This family run bistro has a sun-flooded garden. Regular customers come for the familiar atmosphere, inexpensive wines, beer, and snacks. The interior of the tiny building is filled with memorabilia from the 1900s-1920s. Sometimes special events are scheduled such as wine tastings, music performances, film screenings, or lavish dinner parties.
Enjoy one of the home-made daily specials, varying quiches, or "Boulette" (meat ball) with mustard and a cool white wine in the garden. The bar offers many more drinks, than listed, just ask to have them served. You won't find the amazing "Quittensaftschorle" (quince juice with sparkling water) anywhere else.
Call in advance for scheduled events, the hosting is great, and they are very popular. Opening hours may vary seasonally or depending on weather.
