We thoroughly enjoyed this local day tour in Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. Our guide Dov was very informative and funny. We stopped at a beautiful and cosy barista cafe, 4 restaurants and finished off with a nice cold beer – I feel very spoilt. The food was delicious and so lovely to have shared plates, it really brought everyone together. We had some amazing spinach cake, a seriously tasty plate of Turkish falafel, cheese and salads, plus german dumplings, amazing pastrami, so much more. Lucky we did a god amount of walking and sightseeing so I was never too full. Dov has been in Berlin i think he said for 10 years, his insights into Berlin were very interesting. The group was just 8 people, so it felt really like a private tour and it was a great group of people. I just wish I had time to do the Kreuzberg / Neukölln Tour – next time! It was a fun day and I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in learning about Berlin, while eating at delicious local eateries while staying in Berlin.

Amazing off-the-beaten-track tour
My girlfriend and I did the Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte Tour. We have both been to Berlin before, and visited both areas, but this was really great to get a more "real" feel of them. We saw some really cool hidden gems (not gonna spoil them). The combination of eating/tasting and walking around is just a perfect fit. The second last stop with some amazing sandwiches was my highlight and a definite delight. Great to do as a couple, alone or with friends, we had a great time meeting some guys from the Netherlands. Dov the guide was so social and funny and knowledgeable both on history and current state of things, answered all our questions. He made a chill atmosphere around the the tour which really made us relax and enjoy ourselves. Do this if you want to eat and drink amazing things and get the know the locals Berlin!
The best walking tour and food tour in Berlin!
I recently visited Berlin with my girlfriend and this was by far the best day we had on a tour. The booking process online was smooth and the friendly team at Fork & Walk Tours made sure our small group had a fantastic day! Our guide Dov was clearly very knowledgeable on both the history of Berlin and the cuisine. It was so interesting to learn about Berlin's past, to how it is growing today. The food was absolutely spectacular - I had a very satisfied belly! They catered really well for my girlfriend who is a vegetarian and for meat eaters (me) of course, plus Dov even went out of his way to look after a family's young one on the tour. If you are looking for a walking tour with real locals then book Fork & Walk Tours. I will be telling all my friends, Thanks again Fork & Walk!
