Our service is being used by more than 350 000 passionate travellers every month to discover local hotspots and to book experiences and tours with local people. We’ve been recommended by The Huffington Post, Buzzfeed, Mashable and Conde Nast Traveler, and our biggest markets include around 60 large cities in Europe, North America and South America. With over 1600 local contributors, we’re the biggest crowdsourced travel site in the local travel niche.

Digital Margeting Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us build the world’s top travel startup. We have clear goals and a roadmap of what we want to achieve – your task will be to make this happen. We’re building a global travel community and marketplace, so it’s a really interesting challenge and an exciting way to get the experience of a lifetime.

We are looking for a passionate, creative yet analytical and travel-loving digital marketer who wants to take us to the next level and become one of the key members of our team. You will be working closely with a new Estonian conversion guru, Jaan-Matti, and our co-founder, Kalev, who was one of the original founders of the advertising agency Imagine, has won several golden eggs and hammers, and has represented young Estonian creatives at the Cannes Lions Festival.

We expect you to:

  • Create a kick-ass digital marketing strategy together with Kalev and Jaan-Matti
  • Plan and run Facebook Ads campaigns with an analytical mindset
  • Create email marketing campaigns, and test and improve them constantly
  • Wireframe campaign landing pages and execute them with the help of designers and developers
  • Work on mobile app marketing and analytics
  • Learn about conversion and A/B testing best practices from Jaan-Matti
  • Build external links to our most important landing pages (optional)
  • Analyse our SEO strategy and apply better SEO tactics (optional)

Desired skills and experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in online/email marketing
  • Previous experience in creating wireframes for websites or landing pages
  • A proven track record of planning and running successful online marketing campaigns
  • The capability to work independently and make smart decisions
  • Basic HTML skills would be a plus
  • Desire to learn and grow your marketing skills
