A really beautiful old
alley In Bogotá
Why locals love it
It's an almost magical alleyway where you can find cheap chairs and souvenirs among some really weird things that we use in our kitchens. Locals buy stuff for their pets as well as things we actually wear ourselves, like hats and ponchos.
Why you should visit it
You should go there because it has been there forever. It's part of our culture, so every time you need something cheap and/or weird in a good way you end up there. It's in the Candelaria walking area and you just need a few minutes to walk it. You'll feel like in the diagonal alley (from Harry potter) but it's a Latino Alley.
Start on Calle 10 and even though you can cross it don't go out to the other areas, it is too dangerous. Make sure you leave from the same entrance!
