You can even ask for a "to go" formula if you want to enjoy your snack or meal sitting in Piazza Maggiore or at the historical Osteria del Sole (in front)
Why you should visit it
In the Quadrilatero area - which is becoming the most touristic part of Bologna - you can basically find a resurant every 10 meters. But the proposal tend to be the same for all of them (taglieri with typical salumi and cheeses). La Frasca offers something different: fresh craft beers, snacks, cotoletta alla bolognese and more.
