A few years ago, it was hard to find tasty gelato in Bologna. Then - in 1994 - opened la Sorbetteria Castiglione, and a town considered famous only for tortellini and mortadella became an excellent Italian town for gelato. So it all started thanks to this place. You'll find out why by tasting its Chocolate for example.
