I will bring you to the typical and local food markets. We will go shopping in the best food shops in Bologna, where usually locals go. We will have a few glasses of wine (or beer) in the most ancient Osteria of Italy with a tasting of ham, cheese, home-made pasta and much more! Then we will have a coffee and a little typical dessert in a special pastry.
