Create and taste homemade pasta with a Local!

Me and my friend Giuliano would like to combine our passion for food/beverage in the warm and artistic atmosphere of my house in via del Pratello, one of the liveliest and friendly streets of the center of Bologna. We will pick you up at the “Mercato delle Erbe”, one of the most beautiful bologna popular markets, where we will buy all the necessary to cook, before having your experience in my house. Here we will teach you the art of homemade pasta, and you will be making your own pasta too, with all the ingredients provided by us. You will explore the taste of our traditional food and you will be a part of pasta cooking class. We will give you all the secrets of most typical Bologna pasta: “Passatelli” and “Gnocchi” with tradition sauce and homemade “besciamella". We will eat our pasta and drink the ”Pingnoletto”, a typical wine from the Bologna hills. During the experience we will listen to my personal collection of Italian music vinyls and we can also watch the famous red roofs from my balcony. At the end we will enjoy a cup of coffee in the magical San Francesco square, in an old traditional tavern under the sun in front of the San Francesco church.
