Founded in 2008 by a material science grad from (surprise, surprise) MIT, Clover Food Lab is a visionary model of what fast-food can become. "Design" and "pioneer" are words locals can become allergic to up and down Mass Ave, unless, of course, the design is a true revelation. Clover Food Lab is a new way of conceiving local, fresh, fast meals.
