Why locals love it
This dim tavern boasts a fully bound book of hard to find beers, alongside a nice list of pub comfort food. At night the place is often filled with local bands of all different sorts, and you can sit by their dining room fireplace and take in the tunes. During the day its a great place to belly up and catch a Sox game on TV with the locals.
Why you should visit it
Its location "at the end of the world" (due to its proximity to the Rt 99 rotary) can be hard to get to, which makes it a truly local spot. The trip up the orange line to Sullivan square is worth it for great beer and some local music
