The Bowery Presents has broadened from its LES roots to a select few pockets of Cambridge--the ever-hip cousin of Boston city proper. The Sinclair is a much needed, large music venue, new to Cambridge. It compares with 9:30 club in DC, or others of its size and vibe (though The Sinclair comes with a gastropub for all pre and post show hungers).
Why you should visit it
With a well-curated line-up of indie bands as headliners, and local bands as pairings, The Sinclair is a great joing any night of the week for the shared experience of a music show. Many laud the sound system and the bi-level options of experiencing a given band. Shows sell out, so check out the lineups online ahead of time.
