Established in 1947, Wally's is an old-school jazz club, which continues to host nightly performances by locals and legends. With music students from Berklee and the like just a stone's throw away, Wally's is always jiving, no matter the day, no matter the time. With historic jam sessions and a music project, students and up-and-comers are welcome.
Wally's is history. Upon entering you can feel the cozy, intimate environment that once served mentorship for the likes of students in the late forties, through the Big Band era, and so on, up to this moment in time. Jazz has an important story in this nation, and it's important to recall its roots. Wally's is an important New England symbol.
You can see or participate in a jam session from 6-9pm, any night.
