Fried chicken with waffles in maple syrup, seasoned philly beef with bleu cheese and penne with alfredo all appear atop New York style pizza crusts here. 'Weird' is one word that comes to mind, but the creative combinations actually often come together quite well, resulting in alchemical slices somewhere between pizza and something else altogether.
