Not very many places in Boulder will leave you feeling stuffed for under $10 without posing the risk of instant heart attack. Mexicali's generously portioned dishes are a prime value for the price, plus the fresh preparation and high quality produce add a reasonable degree of nutrition to most menu items.
Special tip
Try the creamy habanero sauce, it's probably the least spicy incarnation of habanero peppers the world over, but tasty all the same.
