For true Gaelic 'craic' (loosely translating as 'fun') Conor O'Neill's is the most authentic pub in the Rockies, built with the help of imported Irish Masons. Guiness is always on tap, live rock, surf, folk and of course Celtic jams whip patrons into frenzied jigs and as in any good dive the floor is perpetually sticky.
Patrons here bridge the gap between college students, music lovers and celtophiles, all of whom are attracted by the condoned debauchery occuring inside. Also, Conor's is an all day bar, serving burgers in the afternoon before the festivities really kick off come evening.
Thursday nights generally host live musicians, and car bombs (shots of Jameson and Baileys dropped into Guiness) are discounted to only $3 a piece.
