It took Nick and Helen Forster nearly twnety years since establishing the eTown radio program to open their own venue, but finally in 2012 the eTown Hall unlocked its doors on Boulder's Spruce Street. Now, the venue hosts local and national concerts as well as a recording studio and coffee bar.
The building is a feat of renovation, in which the interior of a church from 1922 was reconstructed to run largely on solar energy and decked out with recycled materials. A local community of musicians, artists and generally creative individuals have coalesced around the place, which offers up and coming locals opportunites to make their names.
Not only are typical concert tickets available, but also admissions to live radio show tapings.
