Don't expect gourmet cooking, rather remarkable value from a family of chefs who know how to milk the fullest flavors from simple ingredients. The Kim's special bahn mi is an extraordinarily generous portion for only $6.50 and absolutely delicious; in a fluffy baguette, fresh cilantro and crisp carrots pleasantly cut the savory fats of fried pork.
