Colorado has phenomenal Mexican food... and the best of it doesn't come from the Rio Grande. That's not to say the food here is all that bad, but it certainly isn't the main attraction, that title goes to the margaritas!
Why you should visit it
After a hot summer day in the arroyo, nothing cools the body and soul like an icy mix of lime, tequila and other assorted accoutrements. The Rio offers a few twists on the theme, plus complimentary chips and salsa. They limit each customer to three a piece, for good reason- they taste delicious enough to down a dozen, but pack an unsuspected punch.

Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3 - 6 pm. Join their 'MargMob' online to get one free margarita. The rooftop is a great spot to sit and sip.
