There's a few good sushi spots in town, but Tasuki is the real deal. Each meal is prepared with authenticity and attention to detail. You can get the regular sushi standbys, or opt for some of the more unique selections that showcase the skill of the chef and the purity of the ingredients.
Why you should visit it
Most of the other sushi restaurants in town are much busier than Tasuki due to their proximity to downtown, so it's nice to beat the crowd and get a great meal at the same time. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
Special tip
If you're a fan of sashimi, try the chirashi bowl, which features a wide variety of fish over a bowl of rice and nori.
