Most of the places Boulder local's go to imbibe either operate in cheap drinks acting simply as party feul, or high-caliber craft beers with the occassional menu of fine wine thrown in for good measure. Few prepare true quality cocktails, apart from one notable exception: the Bitter Bar.
Why you should visit it
A true cocktail bar with an impressive array of fine spirits, the bartenders here mix a mean cosmopolitan, martini or sazerac. The design of the place is appropriately high class, and serves as the watering hole of some of the city's trendiest residents. Light gourmet snacks are also available.
