After being visited by Guy Fieri and Obama, The Sink is no secret. Robert Redford even worked as a janitor here when he attended the University of Colorado. All the same, it merits a mentions as a unique landmark still frequented by at least as many locals as tourists.
The Sink is the oldest continuously operating establishment on The Hill, opened in 1923. Since, generations of students, passers by and regular residents have enjoyed many a rowdy evening here. Groovy artwork by two beatnik artists still covers the walls and the food, including one of the best burgers in town, is suprisingly good.
Monday is 'flip night', when a coin toss gives you a 50/50 shot at drinking for only $0.25. Other nights host giant jenga, beer pong and other events.
