As with a few other regional microbreweries, Upslope crafts small batches of quality beer. Some are innovative enough to quench jaded palates like the spicy Thai IPA, others balanced enough to satisfy unaccustomed drinkers and rigid stylists like the Brown Ale or Craft Lager. What really sets Upslope apart from the pack is just that- the packaging.
Why you should visit it
All of Upslope's beers are distributed in cans. The can itself is admirable in that it keeps beer fresher, is easily recyclable and requires less fuel to transport. What's more important though is the ethic it represents: environmental responsibility and supreme portability, so you can take your favorite brew along on all your grand adventures.
