Not your average sugar-loaded sticky-sauced Americanized eatery, Zoe Ma Ma instead serves up much more delicious dishes you may actually find for sale on streets in China: bao buns, potstickers, roast duck wanton soup and more all made by the loving hands following the recipes of Anna Zoe, Taiwanese chef and mother of the shop's owner.
Though smaller than some Hong Kong studio apartments, the staff at this fast-casual restaurant is extremely accomodating and quick. The food here is as true to form as any Asian cooking you're likely to find this side of the Pacific and a hell of a lot more affordable than a plane ticket.
The standard menu offers a range of delectable options, but if you want to dig further there's a secret menu as well- good searching!
