Three attractions in
St. Nicholas Church3
Why locals love it
In the same courtyard that can be accessed from Piata unirii (union square) of Schei old quarter can be found in both the Church and the first Romanian school and the cemetery where he is buried Titulescu. He was Romanian delegate to the League of Nations and the author of several works on law and finance.
Why you should visit it
A professor of civil law, Titulescu entered politics in 1912 and was appointed minister of finance in 1917. After World War I, he attended the peace negotiations at Paris and signed the Treaty of Trianon (1920). It's impressive to walk into this space with three dimensions: school, Church, diplomacy.
To have the opportunity as the priest Professor Vasile Oltean to present all this whole, starting with the first Romanian school.
