Description

I’m a local foodie, so you’ll be in good hands as we eat our way through the Central Market! We’ll share food all along the way, ordering a couple of dishes at each eatery and getting more and more full as we go from place to place.

We’ll choose among Slovak, Hungarian, and Austrian dishes, and finish off with some amazing homemade pastries. All food is included in the tour price.

Very happy and would recommend.
I really enjoyed. I think it would be a good idea for there to be a photo of the main entrance of market/meeting place as we were dropped by the taxi at the market and he insisted it was the main entrance, we were fifteen minutes early but only when it was past the time and we walked down we arrived at the right place, so might avoid late starts.. Also Lucie has a brilliant blog and so think if she included a link to it, with useful Slovak phrases, I certainly wish I had got to read it before my trip. My friend was pregnant (found out after we had booked the tour)so it was difficult to know what a pregnant woman can't eat but I think Lucie was great about it. Really enjoyed the food. The one thing I would say is it would be nice to know what we are covering as I wasn't sure what to expect so just a brief outline in a mail or at the very start of the tour of how the time will be spent, e.g first we are going to see nuts, then cheese, then wine. I loved the certificate at the end, it was a lovely touch.
Great tour
