Why locals love it
A quiet and romantic restaurant only two streets away from a main shopping street. Chef Wim doesn't want to give you a plate where you have to look for the main ingredient through a forest of eatable decorations, he just wants to give you a fine dish with delicious taste combinations. But of course those plates look very nice as well.

Why you should visit it
If you want to be blown away by taste combinations, but still want to leave a restaurant with a filled stomach, then this is you go to place. The food is always good and so is the wine pairing which is one of the few normal-priced ones in Bruges.
Special tip
You can order just a main dish (€28), but the Crazy Combinations menu (4, 5 or 6 courses for €49, 59, or 69) is really great.
