Why locals love it

This museum is probably one of the biggest music museums you can find in Belgium, with a very specific steel architecture that makes it unique, from the inside and the outside! There are 4 floors diving instrument history by period, so going from ancestral instruments to electronic keyboards!

Why you should visit it

If like me you love music, well it is worth discovering that today's instruments are actually inspired from what our ancesters created and used as instruments! What is nice is that you can actually listen to the sound of the instrument, no matter how old it is!

I am a fan of Art Nouveau and music, I love sounds and i like making music and listening to music. So this museum is a favorite place for me. I revisited a second time already, and I spent about 5h in there :) I love listening to all the different sounds from all sorts of instruments from all over the world. I even saw some traditional instruments from my home country (Romania) which I didn’t know about. Also ate lunch on the restaurant at the last floor, amazing view and nice atmosphere. Also could go outside on the terrace.
