'Milkbar' Balmoral, place Brugmann, Ixelles (http://www.lebalmoral.be). American diner style, think "Happy days". Food is tasty and healthy (club sandwich !). Fruit and veggie purees for little children. On weekends most customers come with kids. There's a corner with toys and video games.

Kaffabar, Rouppeplein 1. They have excellent coffee, fresh chocolatemilk and delicious vegan cake. They are very friendly and welcoming to people with small children (they even provide everything you need for breastfeeding and changing diapers). And bonus: the small and very kind dog Marcel.
