Horrible cancellation policy
I had booked 2 tours for myself and my mother for our last day in Brussels. Unfortunately, my mother got sick and we were unable to attend. I tried to cancel about 70 hours before one tour and 71.5 hours before the second. My refund request was refused on both... I was 2 hours over the limit on one tour and literally 30 minutes over the deadline on the second.
I understand policies, but for such a short amount of time over the limit, I felt they could have honored my request.
If I could rate this zero stars, I would.
