Situated in the basement of a downtown house, Barfly is the place to go when you are 30+ and you feel kind of nostalgic about your unconventional student times. The walls are covered only with posters of well-known movies which might trigger out your memories of the times when you went to watch those in the darkness of a cinema.

Locals go there for the music, most of it ‘70s to ‘90s and for the friendly ambiance with absolutely no show-off and decent prices. The same people whom you might meet during the summer in Vama Veche, find here one of their favorite places with the same hippie-like atmosphere.

Try to go there starting Thursday, when you might also attend a live concert with Romanian musicians.
