Why locals love it
I love it for being hidden (you actually have to enter into a house which definitely was a private residence not so long time ago), for never being too crowded, for being artistic, inspiring and comfortable to stay some 4 hours with your laptop ordering teapots one after another.
Special tip
Don’t be afraid to enter! There is a fence and entrance door which says La Vlaicu, so you won’t be mistaken. They have a terrace in spring/summer!
