Hi Ana,
Thank you for your feedback.
Regarding the cold, last year by that time was it snowing?

Hey!
Pack some warm warm clothes and proper shoes, you never know in December how cold the weather can be. Maybe some Christmas Markets are opened or you can try ice skating in Cismigiu Park. On the 1st of December is Romania National Day- there is a military parade in the city center and everything is closed down. In the Old City center and around that area you can find some cozy restaurants and cafes like: Van Gogh, Alt-Shift, Simbio, Origo Coffee Shop, Paine si Vin.

Between 2 and 8 degrees, maybe not snow, but some cold rain could be happening.

Lipscani is a great place to party. There are many sidewalk cafes and of course clubs.
Dec is a little cool, but should still be OK

Enjoy!
