In the morning we’ll begin our journey towards the Bucegi Mountains and the Prahova Valley – one of the most beautiful mountain regions in Romania.
Our first stop will be Sinaia, a valley that was deeply loved by the Romanian royal family. Here, we’ll visit the marvellous Peleș Castle, probably the most beautiful castle in Romania, built in an enchanting Bavarian style by our first king.
We’ll then move on to another striking monument in the Romanian landscape – Bran Castle, also known as Dracula’s Castle. We’ll have here enough time to unravel all of its mysteries and learn more about its legends and history.
Once we’re done discovering these important landmarks, we’ll head to the beautiful city of Brașov. Built by the Saxons, it has been remarkably preserved and is home to Romania’s biggest Gothic church – the Black Church. We’ll get to know Brașov’s history and end our day with a well-deserved leisure break in the Old Town.
Finally, we’ll return to Bucharest and drop you off at your accommodation.
