I looked up 5-6 of them in Pest, and the best I found is at the very beginning of
Király u. 1b. (the sign is yellow on blue, and says: something in arabic, ValutaValto)
Great rates, simple, quick.

Hi,
There are several changer shops in the city.
You can find Western Union shops in Budapest, you can find these on google maps.
Usually there isn'n significant difference between the exchange rates in these shops. The shops usually put some tables in front of the shop so you can see the rates. In general they also reliable, I haven't heard about trickster changer stories in Budapest for years :) Though you always have to be careful!
If you have further question about changing, feel free to ask :)

Hello Jayita,
they have a very good exchange rate just opposite to the Keleti train station. The little exchange office is located close to the turkish kebab place and otp bank. You will find it.
