Thanks for your info. I was looking for restaurant recommendations and will certainly try genuine goulash there.

It's a traditoonal mix soup made from beef, potato, onion, paprika and a lot of spices. Previously it was the simple food of the "Gulyás" = "Cowboy" on the steppe. The original one is coocked in a bug pot on open fire, for like 2 hours. If you want to try, i reccomend the restaurant Khéli. http://www.kehli.hu/

Interesting. The gulyas seem comparable to the gauchos in Aegentina.... and know just as well how to prepare meat.
