My friends and I enjoy taking walking tours when we travel internationally and Budapest Urban Walks provided a fun introduction to Budapest. Do yourself a favor and book with Frank through Budapest Urban Walks - you won't be disappointed. We got an excellent overview of the city and its history – including the Castle District, Ruin Bars, and Market Hall. Frank was incredibly enthusiastic and a captivating storyteller with an impressive span of knowledge about the history and current trends in Budapest. He also had suggestions for restaurants and bars to visit during our stay. We will definitely be back to visit and look forward to booking another tour with Frank!

Fantastic city tour
Being my second visit to Budapest , this time with some of my family I wanted to share my great experience previously enjoyed with a walking tour of the city. A friend recommended this company so I booked our private tour with them. Our guide Ferenc was outstanding and made us all feel so welcome in his country , it is so important to have a local guide he made it so interesting , we got to see all the main attractions as well as some more unusual sights more off the beaten track which we would never have found on our own , with a good mix of history , myths and legends . What I really liked is that you are not rushed so you can do as much or as little as you want in your time booked it is a good way to start your trip as you get an idea of the city layout before you go out alone . Ferenc also told us about some good places to try out the local cuisine which must be done . I would certainly recommend Budapest Urban Walks wether it is your first or second visit , there is so much to see .
