The tour itself was lovely! Our tour guide (unfortunately can’t remeber her name) was very helpful and asked us what we wanted to see what we had already seen etc, she actually planned serval tours include festivals that were only on our tour date, she answered our questions and had a lot of knowledge to share about this wonderful city, would recommend the tour, also took us to some lovely spots for unique pictures and gave us tips on how to take them which we will use a lot on other holidays and city breaks, only negative I have was more to do with the company that organise it rather than our tour guide, I had previously exchanged emails with someone and was told I would be contacted nearer the time which I wasn’t so didn’t hear any more about my tour, I tried to get in contact with the company the day before but had no reply, unfortunately we lost 30 mins of our tour due to this as our tour guide was told to pick us up from the hotel when we had been told a meeting point when I booked the tour, she did apologies several times for this and I completely understood that this wasn’t her and was more to do with management and she rang me to find out where we were and if we still wanted the tour, apart from the lack of communication the tour itself was fantastic and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a personalised tour of Budapest to fit there needs, we went as a couple and it was great for the both of us!
