I first discovered Abasto Shopping Mall at night when I believe it's at its most impressive: fully lit up and showing off its art deco features. Based in the area of the same name: Abasto, the shopping mall has over 250 stores, as well as the traditional Argentine eateries: parillas, pizzerias and cafes.
Why you should visit it
Abasto is a good shopping option if you're wanting some basics and also somewhere with a bit of culture and architectural interest. The building itself is incredible and was in fact built by the same constructors as "La Bombonera" (Boca Juniors home ground).
