Why locals love it
Buenos Aires has many 'Culture Centres' where music, art and theatre is mixed with eclectic bar settings. El Quetzal is one of them and one of my favourites for its outdoor space and funky street art that graces the walls.

Why you should visit it
If you're looking for a more local and laid-back bar, and to indulge in a bit of creativity then this place is a good option. The drinks are reasonable and there are often spontaneous performances going on in the adjoining theatre so be prepared to be surprised.
Special tip
Go semi early to get a table outside (8-9pm)
