I love this place. It has so much charm and warmth that you could easily sit for hours in one of it's cubicles feasting on empanadas and malbec. Many locals frequent this places, as well as the odd tourist who has either stumbled upon it or been lucky enough to be introduced to it by a local (in my case it was the latter).
This is a charming and cosy place to try out some of Argentina's most famous snacks: empanadas. The wine is also served in 'Pingus' (jugs shaped like a penquins) which Argentines can't seem to get enough of. Prices are really reasonable and if you would prefer not to sit in then you can also takeaway.
Downstairs there is a great atmosphere (when I was there La Boca football players were supposedly dining beside us!)
