Why locals love it
I was so relieved when the colourful, vibrant and exciting interior of this place was matched by its food. Fabrica's tacos are sublime and go down well with either a magarita or one of their beers with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Why you should visit it
This is a really good option if you're wanting an alternative to steak and the menu offer over seven different types of tacos so there shouldn't be anyone in want. Start with quacamole, homemade tortillas and refried beans then follow it with 1-2 tacos of your choice. YUMMY.
Special tip
Go from 7.30 / 8pm to get a decent seat. It also has two locations: one in Palermo and the other in Las Canitas area (Palermo one normally more fun).
