Why locals love it
Only opening recently, The Factory is great for fresh smoothies and juices if you're getting a lil tired of all the meat and carbohydrates that take over menus here (I certainly need a break from it now and then).
Why you should visit it
If you're in Buenos Aires long enough, there will come a point when you'll want a bit of respite from the steak, empanadas and choripan. The juices and smoothies here all made with fresh fruit (none of your processed stuff) so whatever you order your body will no doubt be thanking you!
