Description

First, salt the radish and make the sauce. And we will prepare ingredients for Kimchi.
During the program, I will introduce the characteristics of radish and how to make kimchi.
Cubed radish kimchi (kakdugi) is delicious only after a few days of aging.
I will provide guest(s) the right size of container to go with kakdugi.
We'll have about an hour and a half while the radish is being salted, so we'll have a meal during that time. We will make kimchi fried rice together and eat it.
During the program, I will also provide guest(s) with information about Busan's dialect and travel.
